UPS
All orders will be shipped via UPS unless specified otherwise, you may select UPS Ground / UPS Three-day Select / UPS Next Day Air during the check out. Shipping charges are determined by the weight, and are calculated by UPS APIs Tool.

DHL / USPS / FedEx / Other carriers
We offer a variety of shipping options besides UPS, from DHL, USPS, FedEx to any carriers you designated. Please contact us at (213) 748-6628 before placing any orders with these methods, we will assist you to add the applicable shipping fee into your orders.
In Store Pick-up
Customers may also use the “In Store Pick-up” method by choosing this option in the check-out process. No handling fee or any other packaging fees will be charged. We will contact you to confirm the Pick-up time once received the order. Generally, orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be ready for pick-up by 4:00pm the same day.

Shipments Address
All shipments must be made to a valid address within the United States and Canada. PO Boxes and international addresses (excluding Canada) are invalid. Customers are held responsible for paying all duties, taxes, customs fees, and other fees for their merchandise. Duties on goods can vary widely depending on the country in which merchandise was manufactured in and the country of destination. Your local post office or carrier would be able to provide you more information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Shipping Time
All orders placed before 12:00pm PST with a valid credit card will be shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be fulfilled on the next business day.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
